I. Sweepstakes Period

The "eskiin Love Day $1,000 Spa Package Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time on February 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on February 13, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by eskiin, inc., located at 9450 SW Gemini Dr, Beaverton, OR 97008, United States.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of eskiin and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter via one of the following methods:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received within the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/email/phone number/household per Promotion Period regardless of entry method. Multiple entries or entries submitted through any automated means will be disqualified. All entries, regardless of method, will have equal odds of winning.

Online Purchase Entry (Optional):
Individuals who make a purchase at eskiin.com during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes only if they use the exclusive checkout code delivered to their email address. The email and phone number used at checkout will serve as the official entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Orders placed without the email-exclusive code are not eligible via this method. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a spa package with a maximum value of $1,000 USD, inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, gratuities, and related charges. The winner may select a licensed spa located in their local area, subject to Sponsor approval.

The spa package may be used by the winner alone or shared with one additional guest of the winner’s choosing. Sponsor will purchase a spa gift certificate or service credit directly from the selected spa on the winner’s behalf, up to a maximum value of $1,000 USD.

Winner must notify Sponsor of their selected spa within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize. No substitution or cash alternative, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on February 14, 2026. Winner will be contacted by phone. No email notification will be sent. Sponsor will attempt to call the potential winner up to three (3) times within a 24-hour period. The call may be recorded, and by entering, participants consent to being contacted and recorded for marketing and promotional use. If a potential winner does not respond, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winners will be required to verify their identity and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and W-9 form to claim the prize.

VII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless eskiin, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or connected with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

IX. Publicity Rights

By entering, participants grant to eskiin, its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use their name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and recorded reactions (including phone calls with potential winners) for advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes, in perpetuity, worldwide, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law. Entrants further agree to execute any documents necessary to effectuate such rights upon request.

X. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action, in the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

XI. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to eskiin's Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, usage, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.

XII. Winner List

To request the names of the winners (available approximately two weeks after the drawing), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.

XIII. Sponsor's Right to Modify

eskiin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.

XIV. Authorized Account Holders

Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address or phone number submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned the email address or phone number by the applicable service provider. Entrants may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder associated with a winning entry.

XV. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) errors or malfunctions of any kind; (c) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any website; or (d) injury or damage to entrants or any other persons or property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

XVI. Taxes and Affidavit

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to complete a W-9 and return an executed Affidavit of Eligibility prior to receiving any prize funds. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

XVII. No Affiliation

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party brands or platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, AppLovin, or Google.
