Return and Refund Policy 

Return: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Eskiin Filtered Showerhead, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return your product to us within 60 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@eskiin.com with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must not be damaged and it must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.

There is no restocking fee 

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We can always send you a replacement free of charge if this happens!

We can not return customized items or gift cards.

If you wish to return a product, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total disbursement. We will also not be responsible for errors made at checkout, whether that might be you selecting the incorrect product or providing incorrect address details resulting in a failed delivery.
