Refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your eskiin Filtered Showerhead, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return your product within 60 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

The fastest and easiest way to start a return is through our Returns Portal , located in the website footer.

If your issue cannot be resolved there or you need further assistance, please email us at support@eskiin.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be undamaged
  
  

• It must be in its original packaging
  
  

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets our criteria. This process may take up to 14 business days.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. These will be clearly displayed and confirmed in the Returns Portal before you finalize your return.
  
  

• For some items — such as recurring subscription filter products — a restocking fee may apply. This will also be shown in the Returns Portal before you proceed.

Please allow several business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send you a free replacement right away.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards
  
  

Shipping Costs & Order Errors

If you’re returning a product because you no longer need it, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for errors made during checkout, including incorrect items or addresses. However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us — we’re happy to help if we can.
