I. Sweepstakes Period

The "eskiin dyson airwrap giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Nov 28th and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Dec 28th (the "Promotion Period"). The sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by eskiin, inc., located at 9450 SW Gemini Dr, Beaverton, OR 97008, United States.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of eskiin and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received within the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/email/household per Promotion Period regardless of entry method. Multiple entries or entries submitted through any automated means will be disqualified.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler (approximate retail value: $749 before tax). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 business days following the end of the Promotion Period. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize or another winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by employees or agents of eskiin.

VII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine the winner from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless eskiin, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or connected with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

IX. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action, in the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

X. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to eskiin's Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, usage, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.

XI. Winner List

XII. Sponsor's Right to Modify
